What the staff at Tudor's said:.

James Brown: "William had no standards. I would not take this home and give it to my child, so why should I send it to another person's child. We always had a rule: Don't sell what you would not eat yourself, but not William unfortunately."

Gerald Carbis: "Staff ill with stomach upsets when working. Williamwould want them to come in.

"(I) had bad stomach upset every fewmonths when working there, none since leaving. Detergent only used for cleaning when inspections (due).

Rotting meat blocking drains. Maggots in perimeter drain."

Shaun McNamara: "(I) was told if the cooked meat didn't smell too nice just bag it and send it out."
