TS6 is a large area taking in locations including Normanby, Eston and South Bank.

It's also an area where you'll find a real mix of properties - from the first time buyer market right up to large executive homes.

In Normanby, for example, there's some nice four and five-bedroom properties which contrasts with street houses in other location.

It's also a real mix of old and new.

As with current trends in the property market, prices have fallen by around 10% in the area over the last 12 months. But prices have kept pace with the rest of Teesside.

TS6 is an area where we get a lot of people trading up and down - and moving within the area.

We've started to see some regeneration projects taking off in areas such as South Bank and Grangetown - something which has been long over due.

The rental market is also good in TS6. It's stronger in the mid to low end of the market with high demand for semi-detached and street houses. You'd expect to pay pounds 450-pounds 500 per calendar month for a three-bedroom semi.

TS6 is a popular area for people because it has good community links, excellent transport connections and it's handy for town, countryside and the coast.
