What Does It Mean?

Curious types wondered what it all meant when The Hathaway Group recently moved from the 15th floor of the Worthen Bank Building.

The commercial real estate firm had been there 12 years before heading to the 60,000-SF T.J. Raney & Sons Building, which it will manage.

The relocation makes economic sense for Hathaway, and the company will continue as leasing agent for the 300,000-SF Worthen Bank Building, the 112,000-SF Worthen Administration Center and the 30,000-SF Worthen Administration Center annex.

Worthen Banking Corp. will still handle management chores of its office properties, and Worthen's human resources department will occupy the 3,700 SF that formerly housed The Hathaway Group.
