What's coming up ... next week's TV.

IT'S a week for many happy, and some perhaps not so happy, returns ... Yes, one of Ken Barlow's former flames - Wendy Crozier (now Wendy Papadopoulos ) is back (Coronation Street, ITV1, Monday, 7.30pm).

This maybe good for old charmer Ken and his ego, but just wait until Deirdre finds out. If this doesn't cause those neck veins to bulge, nothing will!

Meanwhile, William Roache, who has played Ken for several centuries, is the subject of the next Who Do You Think You Are? (BBC1, Wednesday, 9pm).

There is also the return of Nigella Lawson (Nigellissima, BBC2, Monday, 8.30pm - yes, for the next six weeks she'll be going all Italian on us) and Never Mind The Buzzcocks (BBC2, Monday 10pm, with the opener seeing Kathy Burke in the guest presenter's chair).

Later Live ... With Jools Holland is also back for another run, starting off with The Beach Boys, Public Image Ltd, Muse and The xx (BBC2, Tuesday, 10pm).
