However Helms is still seeking revenge on Pembleton for putting him behind bars. 10-11PM Crime Stories: "Hero or Villain" (GA v. Kolokouris) Stephen Kolokouris, a white, off-duty corrections officer opened fire at two African-American teenagers in a convenience store.

Clashing over the handling of the investigation, they disagree whether the burned body was an intentional homicide or an accidental death resulting from a planned arson. 10-11PM Crime Stories: "The Rosenberg Trial" The 1953 trial of Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, the only Americans ever to be executed in this country for spying during peacetime, occurred during the height of the "Cold War."
