Westwood in hot seat.
THE chief constable of Humberside police was back in the hot seat at the Soham inquiry today to explain his force's failure to handle intelligence on Ian Huntley.David Westwood was continuing with a second day's evidence at the Bichard inquiry after admitting a series of flaws.
He is being grilled on why records on sex allegations involving the future double murderer were not kept,allowing Huntley to work as a school caretaker and murder schoolgirls Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman.
