Westgate Resorts Relies on Gryphon Networks for its Compliance Solution; Gryphon Networks' Guardian Provides Do-Not-Call Automation and Exemption Management for Westgate Resorts' Outbound Call Centers.

NORWOOD, Mass. -- Gryphon Networks, the leading provider of real-time compliance and contact management solutions, today announced that it is providing a compliance solution to Westgate Resorts, the largest privately owned timeshare company in the world with more than 250,000 owners.

Westgate Resorts is using Guardian, an integral component of Gryphon Networks' Integrated Compliance and Contact Management Platform (ICCMP(TM)), which sets the standard for Do-Not-Call (DNC) automation and exemption management for outbound call centers, service bureaus and contact centers with auto or predictive dialers. This hosted, professionally managed application enables Westgate's call centers to automate DNC list management in real time, with customization options to fit its business need and budget.
