The following is an sampling of the West Boylston Police Log. During the week of Oct. 14 through 20, officers responded to one alarm and four motor vehicle accidents. The ambulance was dispatched 16 times.

Monday, Oct. 14

9:55 a.m.: Prospect Street, license, credit card and cash found at Wachusett Country Club.

11:22 a.m.: Lee Street, suspicious solicitors.

2:22 p.m.: Bunker Hill Park, scam reported.

7:09 p.m.: Prospect Street, contractor dispute.

Tuesday, Oct. 15

12:41 p.m.: Evergreen Avenue, credit card fraud.

1:44 p.m.: West Boylston Street, suspicious activity at Flagg RV.

4:01 p.m.: Sterling Place, no-trespassing order requested.

4:48 p.m.: Franklin Street, well-being check.

6:08 p.m.: Worcester Street, suspicious vehicle reported.

7:30 p.m.: West Boylston Street, chocolate Labrador found at Walmart; returned to owner.

9:14 p.m.: Sterling Street, noise complaint at Reservoir Motor Lodge.

Wednesday, Oct. 16

6:06 a.m.: Brooks Circle, suspicious vehicle reported.

1:15 p.m.: Worcester Street, suspicious vehicle reported.

1:49 p.m.: Worcester Street, suspicious vehicle reported.

4 p.m.: Hartwell Street, ambulance requested at Hartwell Learning Center; patient taken to the hospital.

Thursday, Oct. 17

1 a.m.: West Boylston Middle/High School, suspicious person.

10:15 a.m.: Goodale Street, identity fraud.

10:10 p.m.: Sterling Street, suspicious activity/scam at Cheoy Lee's.

Friday, Oct. 18

6:20 a.m.: Worcester Street, noise complaint.

9:43 a.m.: Paul X. Tivnan Drive, officer in need of ambulance at the Worcester County House of Correction.

10:55 a.m.: Heritage Lane, possible gas leak.

12:37 p,.m.: Hartwell Street, commercial fire alarm.

4:07 p.m.: Sterling Street, fraud reported.

5:44 p.m.: Thomas Street, dog complaint at the Mass. Central Rail Trail.

5:55 p.m.: North Main Street, problem with electric meter.

6:54 p.m.: Paul X. Tivnan Drive, prisoner in need of ambulance at the Worcester County House of Correction.

7:13 p.m.: Thomas Street, disturbance/large group of people on the Rail Trail.

7:34 p.m.: West Boylston Street, suspicious activity at Sovereign bank.

11:45 p.m.: Worcester Street, vehicle egged.

Saturday, Oct. 19

6:19 a.m.: Hartwell Street, unwanted person removed.

7:46 a.m.: Prospect Street, well-being check.

9:32 p.m.: Crescent Street, youths removed from Pride Park.

Sunday, Oct. 20

1:09 a.m.: Central Street, suspicious person.

5:40 p.m.: Boylston, officer responded to assist with a call.
