Wertheimer charms Tampa Bay.

NPR's senior correspondent Linda Wertheimer shared her political reporting, analysis and insight with fans during a WUSF 89.7 40th anniversary event at the Centre Club in Tampa in October. "The crowd was enthralled. It was a memorable evening," says general manager JoAnn Urofsky.

Wertheimer also shared her expertise and knowledge with fans at the USF Sarasota/Manatee campus on Oct. 29, where she previewed the 2004 presidential campaign.
