BANKING AND CREDIT NEWS-December 10, 2012-Wells Fargo and FHLB Dallas make partnership grants to community organizations(C)2012 M2 COMMUNICATIONS

10 December 2012 -- Wells Fargo and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas) will present USD19,772 in Partnership Grant Program funds to two community-based organizations.

The New Mexico Project for Financial Literacy (NMPFL) will receive a USD13,772 partnership grant to assist with a new financial care giving course for caregivers of seniors. A USD6,000 partnership grant will assist the Albuquerque Affordable Housing Coalition with operating and administrative expenses.

FHLB Dallas awarded USD225,000 in grants through its PGP this year. The program provides funding for the operational needs of community-based organizations involved in affordable housing and community development.
