Weitzer Homebuilders Holds Shareholders Meeting.

MIAMI, April 21 /PRNewswire/ --

Weitzer Homebuilders Incorporated (d/b/a Century Builders Group) (OTC Bulletin Board: WTZRA) held a special meeting of its shareholders on April 20, 2000.

The items discussed and approved at the meeting included the following:

1) The Company's Articles of Incorporation were amended to change the Company's name to Century Builders Group, Inc.

2) The Company's Articles of Incorporation were amended to provide for only one class of Common Stock, $.001 par value per share, and in so doing to cause the automatic conversion of outstanding shares of Class A Common Stock and outstanding shares of Class B Common Stock into a like number of shares of the Company's newly designated Common Stock.

3) The Company's Articles of Incorporation were amended to increase the number of authorized shares of Common Stock of the Company to 95,000,000 shares, $.001 par value per share.

4) The following six directors were elected to terms of one year:

* Sergio Pino, 43, president and chief executive officer of Century Partners Group.

* Armando J. Guerra, 48, president of Sedano's Pharmacy and Discount Stores, Inc.

* Jose Cancela, 42, president of Radio Unica Corp.

* Gabriel M. Bustamante, 44, managing partner of the accounting firm of Bustamante, Nunez & Company.

* Carlos Garcia, 48, president of CMB Properties, a shopping center development company.

* Humberto Lozenzo, 62, president of H&J Asphalt, Inc.

5) Deloitte & Touche LLP, was appointed the Company's independent public accountants for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2000.
