Weingarten Realty Investors Schedules Second Quarter Earnings Release And Conference Call.

HOUSTON, July 10 /PRNewswire/ --

Weingarten Realty Investors (NYSE: WRI), has announced that financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2001 are scheduled to be released after the New York Stock Exchange closes for trading on Tuesday, July 31, 2001. The Company will host its second quarter earnings conference call and an audio webcast on Wednesday, August 1, 2001 at 10:00 AM Central Daylight Time.

The live webcast will be available in listen-only mode at and An audio replay will be available for 90 days at beginning approximately one hour following the call.
