Weight management book published.

Broadway Books, New York, NY, has released a new book, titled, The Natural Fat-Loss Pharmacy by Harry Preuss, MD, Georgetown University, and Bill Gottlieb, former editor-in-chief, Rodale books. The book offers scientific principles for weight management and discusses which supplements really work and are safe. Mitch Skop, director of new product development, Pharmachem Laboratories, Inc., Kearny, NJ, said, "We hope The Natural Fat-Loss Pharmacy will demonstrate to consumers that there are credible, science-based, weight control supplements on the market." Pharmachem's Phase 2 Starch Neutralizer is mentioned prominently in the book's chapter on "Carbohydrate Inhibitors."
