Week One of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins. Kerry Katona: "I just need to find my feet. As soon as I find my feet, I'll be alright."

Thirty seconds into Week Two. Narrator: "Kerry Katona is the first recruit to leave the course."

So, if anyone spots Kerry's feet lying around anywhere just give her a shout, OK?

Elsewhere, if there's been a funnier few seconds of dialogue on TV this year than Saira Khan's debrief from SAS man Billy following the hostage rescue task, I'd love to hear it.

Billy: "What was the mission?" Saira: "To rescue the hostage." Billy: "Tell me what you did." Saira: "I shot the hostage." At which point, the narrator felt it necessary to add: "Saira has failed the task."

As for this week's best piece of advice, look no further than SAS sage Ant Middleton telling Jake Quickenden: "We're only as good as the last thing we do."

Now, I'm no mind reader but Jake definitely had the sheepish look of a man who was thinking "should I mention my starring role in Jack And The Beanstalk at Liverpool Arena?"

And before you ask - no, he didn't play the Beanstalk.
