Websense warns over increased number of freeware and shareware web sites.

Internet filtering supplier Websense has claimed that the number of freeware and shareware web sites ha increased by 315% over the past year.

The research carried out by the company indicated that there are now 4,300 of these sites representing almost 1.3m web pages.
