Webcast: Free Virtual LegalTech Webcast on Minimizing Software Licensing Risk with Software Escrow.

BOSTON -- Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE: IRM), the information management company, will host a complimentary webcast offering attorneys recommendations on minimizing the risks of licensing software through the use of software escrow agreements and verification. The webcast, part of the Virtual LegalTech event, will feature Susannah Scott, Esq., contracts specialist for Iron Mountain Intellectual Property Management, and Frank Bruno, director and senior business strategist for Iron Mountain.

Webcast attendees will receive a complimentary copy of Iron Mountain's "Software Escrow for Dummies" resource guide that discusses how organizations can use software escrow to strengthen their software licensing contracts. The company is extending that offer to other community members as well and is available for free at: Webcast attendees will also receive sample escrow agreements and a new white paper on verification. This webcast is eligible for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit.


The "Protecting your Clients' Interests with Escrow and Verification" webcast will provide attendees with recommendations on how to:
