WebWare Appoints Three Industry Veterans; Expands Management Team.

WebWare Continues Rapid Growth and Extends Leadership in BRM Category

WebWare's recruited talents are Robert Miller as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Allen Berglund as Executive Vice President (EVP), Engineering and John Gonzalez as Vice President (VP), Strategic Partners. By enhancing its executive management team, WebWare will continue to provide strategic value and personalized service to industry leading clients, including brand powerhouses such as Amgen, Boeing, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, NFL, NTT, PentaMark Worldwide and The Jim Henson Company.

Bob Miller brings to WebWare more than 25 years of finance experience including venture capital funding; acquisition and divestiture management; and the coordination of four public equity offerings totaling over $300 million. Miller worked as a consultant with WebWare and was instrumental in the Company's successful Series B campaign raising more than $10 Million. With his extensive financial knowledge, Miller will oversee and position the financial direction of the Company. Previously, Miller worked with ObjectStream, an Internet infrastructure software company, where he served as CFO, and with Cerus Corporation, a public biotechnology firm, where he coordinated a $45 million public offering with Morgan Stanley, BT Alex Brown and SG Cowen. Earlier in his career, Miller was CFO of GAF, PenWest and Bugle Boy, and the Treasurer at Mead. Miller holds a B.A. in Economics and Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Berglund's extensive technical management experience includes General Manager, CTO, and VP Engineering positions for MIT Research, Honeywell Information Systems, Tandem Computers, Rolm Mil-Spec Computers, Stratus Computer, GO Corporation, NetForce, Caresoft and Phoenix Pop Productions. In his role as EVP, Engineering, Berglund will spearhead WebWare's global engineering efforts and lead the development of new technology that will enhance the way companies manage their brand assets. Berglund holds a B.S. in Mathematics from University of Colorado and an M.S. in Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Prior to Getty, Gonzalez held key management positions at Creative Pro, In Focus Systems, Inc., Now Software and Sequent Computer Systems, Inc. Gonzalez holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
