We need the whole story over tattoo before judging Raheem.
ENGLAND football striker Raheem Sterling (left) has defended his new tattoo of a M16 assault rifle on his leg after it was branded "irresponsible".
This is beyond ridiculous. In the grand scheme of things, it has zero marginal impact on anything related to gun violence. But of course he is a footballer for Manchester City which means that he has a profile which can be leveraged for publicity.
In fact, Sterling said that the tattoo reflects a vow that he made to "never touch a gun" after his father was shot dead when he was a boy.
Perhaps we should hear the whole story before judging? Eddie Sanders, Pheasey Estate
