We are back on track in the Big Easy!

The School of Polymers and High Performance Materials at The University of Southern Mississippi ...

... invites all interested persons to attend the 2006 Waterborne Symposium this year. The 33rd Annual International Waterborne, Higher Solids, and Powder Coatings Symposium will be held at the New Orleans Marriott on February 22-24, 2006. The Symposium boasts an outstanding technical program this year, which can be viewed at The program consists of about 30 lectures from both industrial and academic speakers. The papers relate to new and emerging technologies in the field of polymer chemistry, polymer physics, formulation, or performance properties of waterborne, high-solids, powder, radiation curable, and smart coating systems. Recent advances in coatings science are our primary focus. It is also accompanied by a two-day Technology Showcase consisting of tabletop technical exhibits. This year, we are introducing another event (Student Poster Session) to our program. The meeting should prove to be both informative and enjoyable, and this is a great way for you and your company to support the academic programs in Polymer Science at USM.
