We're stuck with PM for a while yet.

DAVID Cameron's latest emotional outburst, this time against Sunderland City Council (The Journal, April 20), comes as no surprise to people who have followed his career so far. That's if career is the right word for a lifestyle which has been eased by patronage from day one.

At every turn, he outs himself as a man with a squiffy moral compass. His enjoyment in being Prime Minister comes in no small degree, I believe, from the pleasure in having others address him as such.

He is not averse to dishing out misguided and inaccurate criticism, but he reacts badly when criticism is directed at his own actions, as he shows regularly during PM's Question Time in Parliament. Britain deserves better than this opportunistic politician, but I'm afraid we're stuck with him for a few years yet.
