We're habitually bad.

EIGHT out of 10 Br itons admit having bad habits - with nailbiting, breaking wind and swearing topping the list.

Researchers found 80 per cent of adults have at least one unpleasant pract ice, with one in three people having two or more.

One in 10 admi t ted regularly adopt ing more than five bad habits.

Smoking, picking your nose and picking spots and scabs also emerged as traits which millions can't help but indulge in.

Half of the 2000 people polled for onepoll.com said their bad habits had been pointed out to them by a friend, family member or colleague.
