We'll get over cuts together.

WILL we finally wake up to a Northern Ireland budget today? It's not before time - and now at least we will finally know the misery in store.

A freeze on public sector pay will start while the one on rates will end.

With this in store, it's certainly not the season to be cheerful.

Less public sector pay means less money spent in the private sector while rising rates, not to mention oil, gas and petrol, is only going to make us all poorer.

We know few people in the UK or Ireland are facing a bright economic future. Together, we will pull through.
