The released funds were meant for the launch of several projects, including Mostaganem-Arzew-Oran drinking water supply network, which will be operational by mid-June, and the project for groundwater transfer from In Salah to Tamanrasset over an area of 750-km, and which is due to be delivered during the last quarter of 2010, the minister told "Television Forum" programme on Saturday, adding that all the problems relating to pumps and transfer canals have been resolved.AaAa
