Watch out Nanny Aspirin - panto bull is behind you!
Dame Andrew Ryan took a break from Snow White rehearsals to visit the the panto bull.
The landmark sculpture has been dressed to impress as part of the Bullring's Christmas effort.
And Andrew, alias Nanny Annie Aspirin, couldn't be happier. The visit came ahead of today's launch of the Birmingham Hippodrome pantomime, which also features Lesley Joseph and Joe McElderry.
And it also coincided with one of the busiest shopping days of the year, dubbed Super Saturday. Tens of thousands were descending on Birmingham and other shopping centres across the region to take advantage of early discounting from major retailers.
Experts say reduced shopping days ahead of Christmas and renewed post-election optimism is likely to provide the High Street with a boost.
