Warm-up concert before big tour.

AHEAD of huge outdoor shows and festival appearances this summer; Stereophonics have announced an intimate warm-up gig at Venue Cymru, Llandudno, on Friday, May 24.

Stereophonics released their gold certified, 'Scream Above The Sounds' last year which was their 10th studio album including six number one albums: 'Keep The Village Alive' (2015), 'Performance and Cocktails' (1999), 'Just Enough Education To Perform' (2001) 'You Gotta Go There To Come Back' (2003), 'Language. Sex. Violence. Other?' (2005) and 'Pull The Pin' (2007).

As one of Britain's best live bands Stereophonics have been touring and performing to sell-out crowds across the globe. This summer sees Stereophonics performing at This Is Tomorrow Festival, Westonbirt, Eden Project and Lytham Festival, and their show in Singleton Park, Swansea which sold out in 10 minutes. Stereophonics frontman Kelly Jones will also be embarking on a solo tour including a special date at London's Eventim Apollo on June 16.

Stereophonics consists of founding members Kelly Jones (vocals/ guitar) and Richard Jones (bass) along with Adam Zindani (guitar) and Jamie Morrison (drums). Long-term keyboardist Tony Kirkham joins the band for live shows.
