Walker Greenbank Secures Distribution Agreement With Kravet In US.
(Alliance News) - Walker Greenbank PLC on Monday said it has signed a contract with Kravet Inc for the distribution of its Clarke & Clarke and Studio G brands in the US.
Kravet is a home furnishings distributor exclusively for trade buyers. It owns Kravet, Lee Jofa, Groundworks, Brunschwig & Fils and the UK's GP & J Baker brands.
The AIM-listed interior furnishings company said it has a track record of working with Kravet through Walker Greenbank's manufacturing operations, which print wallpapers and fabrics for some Kravet brands.
Kravet will replace Robert Allen Duralee Group, Walker Greenbank's previous US distributor of the Clarke & Clarke and Studio G brands.
"We are delighted to enter into this distribution agreement with Kravet, a successful and highly respected business with strong routes to market in the US and elsewhere. We are confident that Kravet is well-placed to support us with the future growth of Clarke & Clarke and Studio G in the US," said Walker Greenbank Chief Executive Lisa Montague.
Walker Greenbank shares were trading 1.7% lower on Monday at 80.10 pence a share in London.
