Wali of Blue Nile State witnesses release of SPLA detainees.

Damazin, August 18 (SUNA) - The Wali of Blue State Maj. Gen Al-Hadi Bushara Hassan has witnessed at the Commandership of the Fourth Infantry Division the release of 27 detainees from the members of the Sudan People's Liberation Army (SPLA) who were arrested during the recent incidents in the Blue Nile State in the presence of Maj. Gen Adam Haroun Mosa, the Commander of the Fourth Infantry Division. The Wali of the Blue Nile State explained that the Prophet Mohamed ( Peace and Blessings be upon him) is the Model in everything; in victories, pardon and forgiveness. So that the detainees are releases on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr. Maj. Gen Mosa called on all those who were released to engage in public life and not to return to the insurgency once again. For his part, the representative of the detainees praised the good treatment of armed forces for them during the duration of their detention.
