Walgreens sale.

A 2.3-acre Walgreens development in west Little Rock changed hands in a $4.8 million deal.

Cav-Rock Properties LLC of Totowa, N.J., bought the 14,560-SF store at 14820 Cantrell Road from BCD Arkansas Ltd., led by James E. Cox.

The project previously was tied to a December 2002 mortgage of $3.2 million held by Southwest Bank of Texas in Houston.

BCD purchased the site a year ago for $1.3 million (about $13.50 per SF). The seller was Cantrell Loop LLC, led by William F. Rector Jr.

The land was assembled as part of four transactions totaling $993,000.

The sellers were William and Nina Mathis, $590,000 in April 1991; Lovie Cook, $160,000 in August 1988; Joe and Sarah Tipton, $136,000 in August 1988; and Laura Smith Wilson, $107,000 in August 1987.
