WYNN OIL COMPANY APPOINTS JACK WEBER AS MANUFACTURER'S REPRESENTATIVE --
 EMISSION CONTROL
 AZUSA, Calif., Sept. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Dr. Mark S. Filowitz, vice president and general manager of the Automotive-Industrial Division of the Wynn Oil Company, U.S.A. (NYSE: WN), has announced the appointment of Mr. Jack Weber of Irvine, Calif., as a manufacturer's representative for Wynn's. Mr. Weber's role will be in the marketing and selling of Wynn's unique and patented diesel fuel catalyst product "Emission Control". The primary markets he will target are major fleet accounts, transit districts and governmental entities.
 Dr. Filowitz stated "Our patented product is unique, it can save fleet operators potentially vast sums of money in fuel costs while significantly reducing black smoke emissions".
 Mr. Marcel Vataru, Wynn's Director of Engineering, who is responsible for all aspects of this particular product stated that "Jack Weber brings to Wynn's a long and successful background in the automotive and heavy duty aftermarkets. We believe that his experience and expertise, coupled with the unparalleled capability of our patented "Emission Control" product, will put us in the forefront of diesel fuel treatment in the fleet industry".
 Mr. Weber has held several sales, marketing and management positions with the Allen Group, FMC and Carbonclean International since his retirement from the U.S. Marine Corps in 1972. Mr. Weber flew both jet fighters and helicopters during his twenty-four year military career.
 Wynn's is a 53 year old international company which began in Azusa, Calif., and now has its international headquarters in Orange, Calif. Wynn's is a publicly held company, traded on the New York Stock Exchange, which manufactures and markets a wide variety of automotive and specialty chemical products.
