WYETH-AYERST SAYS ITS FORMULA PRODUCTS, SMA(R) AND NURSOY(R), NOT CITED BY FDA IN RECALL

 PHILADELPHIA, June 29 /PRNewswire/ -- The following was issued today by Wyeth-Ayerst Laboratories:
 The recent recall of certain infant formulas and other products produced at Maple Island, Inc. of Wanamingo, Minn., announced by FDA, does not include SMA(R) or Nursoy(R) infant formulas sold by Wyeth- Ayerst.
 Neither SMA nor Nursoy nor any of their ingredients are manufactured at the Maple Island, Inc. plant in Minnesota where the FDA has issued a recall.
