WORLDWIDE VIDEOTEX/HILDREF TO OFFER CONTENT VIA QPASS.

Qpass, Seattle, the global leader in digital commerce services, has announced that leading specialty publishers Worldwide Videotex and Heldref Publications will implement the Qpass Digital Commerce Service to enable online content sales from their respective publication archives via the Internet.

The agreement encompasses the more than 70 respected newsletters, academic publications and scholarly journals published by the two companies.
