WOLVES ASK BOBO TO OZ.

BOBO BALDE will join Wolves' pre-season training camp in Australia this week as he closes in a move to the Premiership.

Molineux boss Mick McCarthy has tracked the former Celtic defender for a year and will check him out in their time in Oz.

Balde's adviser Michael Oliver told MailSport: "This is a chance for Bobo to get back playing at a big club with ambition.

"The past 18 months have been frustrating. He was never selected for Celtic and feels that was for non-footballing reasons.

"People at Celtic questioned his professionalism and that hurt Bobo. It's been made out he's a money-grabber and that's not the case. He's a man of principle.

"Now he's hungry to play and will show that to McCarthy."
