WOLOHAN LUMBER CO. REPORTS APRIL SALES UP 7.2 PERCENT SAGINAW, Mich., May 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Wolohan Lumber Co.
(NASDAQ-NMS WLHN) said its sales for April were up 7.2 percent to $29,679,700 from $27,697,700 for April 1991. Comparable-store sales were up 5.9 percent. Professional contractor sales were up 13.7 percent from last April, while consumer (DIY) sales were up slightly at 0.5 percent.
Four-month sales were up 18.1 percent to $91,222,600 from $77,212,800 for the same period of 1991. Comparable-store sales were up 16.5 percent.
