WOLFGANG H. DEMISCH JOINS BT SECURITIES CORPORATION AS MANAGING DIRECTOR IN ITS EQUITY RESEARCH DEPARTMENT

 NEW YORK, Aug. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- BT Securities Corporation today announced the appointment of Wolfgang H. Demisch, 48, as managing director in its Equity Research Department, effective immediately. Mr. Demisch, who has over 20 years experience as a senior analyst, will have responsibility for coverage of aerospace, defense and high technology industrial companies.
 Mr. Demisch was previously a managing director at U.B.S. Securities.

 Prior to U.B.S. Securities, Mr. Demisch was a director at First Boston from 1983 through 1988; a vice president and senior analyst at Morgan Stanley from 1980 through 1983; and a vice president and senior technology analyst at Smith Barney from 1972 through 1980.
 Mr. Demisch received a BA degree from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a director of Science Applications Inc., a leading systems analysis company, and a member of the Aeronautics and Space Engineering Board of the National Research Council.
