WIRELESS INFORMATION PROVIDER, ITC, EXPANDS NATIONWIDE WITH SILVER KING COMMUNICATIONS TV NETWORK

 SUNNYVALE, Calif. Aug. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- International TeleText Communications Inc. (ITC) announced today that it has reached an agreement with Silver King Communications Inc. of St. Petersburg, Fla. that expands ITC's information network by utilizing Silver King's nationwide network of TV stations.
 "Our technology, together with the Silver King network of stations creates the largest continuous, wireless information network in the United States -- possibly the world," said Robert Evans, president of ITC Inc. "Millions of users can now access our high speed information highway simultaneously." According to Jeff McGrath, president and chief executive officer of Silver King Communications Inc., "We are delighted with the agreement with ITC which allows Silver King to become a major player in the emerging information revolution."
 Through agreements with Standard & Poors Comstock and Gannett Publishing, ITC provides stock quotes and USA Today Decisionline News to its customers. Unlike telephone based on-line services, ITC's proprietary technology makes it possible to deliver continuous information and services without the use of modems or phone lines.
 Silver King Communications Inc. is the fifth largest broadcast group in the United States. The group reaches 40 million homes via 12 full- power television stations. The stations owned by Silver King operate in the following metropolitan areas: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Boston, Baltimore, Dallas, Houston, Tampa, Cleveland, Long Island and Miami.
 In the San Francisco Bay Area, ITC's information services are broadcast on KICU-TV Channel 36 and in the Los Angeles area, through KHSN-TV Channel 46.
