WINNER SETTLES LAWSUIT

 SHARON, Pa., Feb. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Winner International, maker of The Club vehicle anti-theft device, today announced it has settled a lawsuit with a man who claimed he invented The Club and was entitled to a share of the profits.
 "We are pleased with the jury finding that there was no partnership agreement with Mr. Charles R. Johnson," said James E. Winner Jr., president and CEO.
 "We have agreed to a settlement for the remaining claim to resolve this matter and get on with growing our business, including plans for an initial public offering."
 Winner International, headquartered in Sharon, Pa., manufactures The Club line of vehicle anti-theft and personal security devices.
