The event in Middlesbrough's Centre Square is set to draw thousands of music fans on Friday, June 7. As well as headliner Olly Murs, right, the show will also feature the talents of Teesside's own Amelia Lily and fellow X Factor star Diana Vickers.
The three chart stars will also be joined by two more unsigned Teesside acts who have yet to be announced.
Bagging bubbly singer Olly has been lauded as a major coup for promoters Loose Cannon.
The star has had four hit singles, debut effort Please Don't Let Me Go in 2010, Heart Skips A Beat and Dance With Me Tonight with Rizzle Kicks in 2011 and Troublemaker with Flo-Rida last year.
He has sold 2.5 million records and downloads and is currently promoting latest album Right Place Right Time.
He said recently: "Arenas are the best place to be as an entertainer and performer."
