WILLS HE PROPOSE? Prince and Kate in Mustique love nest.
PRINCE William and girlfriend Kate Middleton have jetted off to a paradise island - fuelling speculation he will finally pop the question.
Wills and Kate, both 27, are enjoying a luxury break on Mustique in the Caribbean, one of the world's most romantic spots. They landed there on Wednesday for a week's break booked at the last minute - just three weeks after Kate returned from a family holiday on the island.
Wills and Kate are thought to be staying at an exclusive pounds 2,000-a-night villa. The fivebedroom clifftop mansion is the most opulent on the island complete with infinity pool.
A source said: "They are having a fantastic time. Kate and William have been spending a lot of time on the beach and William has been showing off his skills on the jetski.
"They are having the time of their lives and haven't stopped smiling since they got here."
The pair have been enjoying romantic walks on a private beach and are catered to by a team of eight waiters. They have also been going to their favourite nightspot on the island, Basil's Bar.
Bookmakers William Hill offer odds of 11-8 that Wills and Kate - who met in 2003 - will get engaged this year. Kate is said to have told pals she won't wait for ever for him to pop the question.
Meanwhile Princess Beatrice is celebrating her 21st with a free stay - worth pounds 24,000-anight - on Sir Richard Branson's Caribbean island, Necker. The Queen had told her to have a "budget birthday".
