 WILLIS CORROON GROUP EXPANDS IN SWEDEN
 NASHVILLE, Tenn., Jan. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- In a further development


of its continental European office network, Willis Corroon Group plc has established an operation in Gothenburg, Willis Faber Gothia AB.
 The company, in which Willis Corroon Group has initially acquired a 55 percent interest for a cash consideration, partially deferred until 1995, will be a subsidiary of Willis Faber AB, the Stockholm office of which was opened last September. The minority shareholders are Lennart R k, Erik Mnsson and Sune Fritz, who originally acquired the business from its former owners in July 1991. They will be joined on the board of Willis Faber Gothia by Christian Steenstrup, O-P Colbi rnsen and Richard Bucknall. In 1991 Willis Faber Gothia's operating revenue was Sw Kr 5.3 million (roughly 1.2 million).
 The Willis Corroon Group has options to increase its interests in the company, based on a profit-related formula.
