WILLIS CORROON CORPORATION APPOINTS KIM BRADLEY VP

 NASHVILLE, Tenn., Nov. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Willis Corroon Corporation has announced that, effective Nov. 1, Kimberley D. Bradley has been promoted to the post of assistant vice president for U.S. corporate finance and investor relations.
 Bradley will be based in Nashville. Her responsibilities include communication between the Willis Corroon Group and the Group's investment bankers, analysts, and institutional shareholders throughout the United States. In addition, her corporate finance responsibilities will encompass work on mergers and acquisitions in the Americas.
 Bradley joined Willis Corroon Corporation in 1992 as a member of the internal audit staff. Before joining the firm, she served with Price Waterhouse as a senior accountant from 1987. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Auburn University in Auburn, Ala.
 Richard M. Miller, chief executive of the Willis Corroon Group, stated in making the announcement: "Kim's experience with Price Waterhouse and with our internal audit department provides her with excellent experience and background for the very important job of managing our U.S. investor relations effort.
