WILLIAMSON NAMED GENERAL MANAGER OF E-SYSTEMS GARLAND DIVISION

 DALLAS, July 20 /PRNewswire/ -- E-Systems Inc. (NYSE: ESY) has announced the promotion of Marshall D. Williamson to vice president and general manager for the company's Garland (Texas) Division.
 Williamson, who was the assistant general manager, has been with E-Systems since 1975. His previous responsibilities at E-Systems have included sector vice president, vice president, director of programs and deputy to the vice president, management responsibility for all software development tasks for a large department, software study manager for marketing and systems definition phases for new systems, and software manager for several large development programs.
 Williamson came to E-Systems after having served in the U.S. Air Force where he was assigned to various scientific software development organizations, primarily within the Spacetrack Systems as part of NORAD and with the Defense Support Program.
 Williamson received his B.A. in Mathematics from McMurry College in 1964. He continued his education at Georgia Institute of Technology, receiving a master of science in Computer Science in 1968.
 The Garland Division is a high-technology contractor specializing in the design, development, manufacture, installation and maintenance of real time and near real time hardware and software information systems. Approximately 4,300 people are employed there.
 E-Systems is a major worldwide developer and producer of electronics systems and products in the areas of intelligence, reconnaissance and surveillance systems, command and control, specialized aircraft maintenance and modification, guidance, navigation and control, communications and data systems.
