WILLIAMS CONTROLS EXTENDS EXPIRATION OF WARRANTS PORTLAND, Ore., Oct. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Williams Controls Inc.
(NASDAQ: WMCO) announced today that it has extended the expiration date of its outstanding, publicly-traded common stock purchase warrants (NASDAQ: WMCOw) from 5 p.m. (Mountain time) Oct. 26, 1992, to 5 p.m. (Mountain time) April 26, 1993. Accordingly, after a post-effective amendment to the company's registration statement has been filed and becomes effective, each common stock purchase warrant can be exercised at 75 cents for one share of common stock until 5 p.m. (Mountain time) on April 26, 1993. The company will announce when the post-effective amendment becomes effective.
