WICAT AND SINGAPORE AIRLINES JOIN TO DEVELOP LEARJET 31 COMPUTER-BASED TRAINING COURSEWARE

 OREM, Utah, July 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Wicat Systems Inc. and Singapore Airlines announced the signing of an agreement to develop a Learjet 31 ground school computer-based training course for use by Singapore Airlines.
 The Learjet 31 courseware will be used to train Singapore Airlines flight personnel on the complete ground school curriculum, including avionics and systems. Singapore Airlines will provide the subject- matter expertise and Wicat will provide the instructional design and development staff for the development effort.
 John White, Wicat's Asia/Pacific region manager commented, "Wicat is excited to expand its presence in the region by working with a prestigious air carrier such as Singapore Airlines. Wicat's courseware development expertise combined with Singapore Airlines' commitment to deliver the best training for their pilots will make the Learjet 31 course a success."
 The courseware will be developed using Wicat's multimedia development tools and delivered on AICC compatible PC workstations.
