The Office of Fair Trading (08457 224499) currently regulates advertising and the Consumer Credit Act.

The FSA has a consumer helpline on 0845 606 1234 and a website at www.fsa.gov.uk/consu mer

The Mortgage Regulation Department still wants to hear customers' views.
