WHERE, OH WHERE ARE ALUMNI FOR REUNION? NEW QUICK-CALL NETWORK WILL LINK THE TWO

SACRAMENTO, Calif., Feb. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Here's a quick solution for the alumni who swore to keep in touch with closest pals at high school graduation but have never gotten around to learning of reunions in time, the Alumni Reunion Network said today.
Wendy Reed, reading that reunion planners are unable to locate 30-40 percent of alumni, has set up an easy access databank service, Alumni Reunion Network, by which alumni can get the location, date, time, place, other details, and most important, the name and number of who to contact to attend.
"This is a 900-number service we believe hundreds of thousands of people will find a real help during the coming spring-summer reunions," says Reed. (Call 900-407-FIND, $1 per minute, most calls under three minutes). "We were amazed to find one professional reunion planning service estimates four million high school alumni are never located for their reunions every year. The important feature of our network is that our 900 numbers service all 50 states -- nationwide access!"
Now any reunion committee, of which there are an estimated 100,000 for the nation's 18,000 high schools, can list with Alumni Reunion Network for a $20 fee (call 900-407-LIST).
(You must be 18 years or older to call -- operating hours are 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. PST.)
"If a reunion is not listed, the alumnus may leave his/her name and address. Then when a reunion is listed, the information will be given to the reunion planner, Reed says. "This means there is no need to keep trying back at a later date to see if a listing was made. Just one easy call." Reunion planners are encouraged to list their reunion at the beginning of the year to allow for maximum exposure. The reunion will remain listed for the entire year." This service opens the door for those four million alumni that are interested in attending their reunion but have gone unlocated throughout the years due to repeated moves or name changes as such," she said.
