WHAT TO DO THIS WEEK.
| YOU can start by planting your summer-flowering bulbs, corms and tubers such as lilies, cannas, ranunculus and gladioli into pots or you can sow them directly into the ground.
| IN the greenhouse, sow seeds of courgette, marrow, pumpkin, aubergine, sweet pepper and sweetcorn.
| IT'S a good idea to get any supporting stakes or hoops in the ground now to allow foliage to grow up and blend them into the garden.
| IF the ground feels like it's warm enough, you could sow any annual seeds such as nigella, right, and larkspur.
| PLANT up hanging baskets with summer bedding but don't put them outside yet. | | | FRUIT trees are starting to blossom but there's still time for a late frost to cause damage to them - cover them up where possible.
