Hawthorn Infant, Llandaff North Amalgamate with Hawthorn Junior School on infant site.

Marlborough Infant, Penylan Amalgamate with Marlborough Junior School, September 2008. The new primary will become part of the catchment area for Cardiff High.

Albany Primary, Roath To reduce to one class entry per year and get investment in buildings. All Saints CIW Primary, Llanedeyrn To get investment. Allensbank Primary, Heath To reduce from 63 pupils starting the school each year to 45 and to invest in buildings. Baden Powell Primary, Tremorfa To reduce to one class entry and open a new integrated children's centre which will take in children who currently attend Tremorfa Nursery.

Birchgrove Primary, Birchgrove Road To reduce intake from 56 pupils to 45 and invest in building.

Bishop Childs CIW Primary, St Mellons To get funding for repair backlog.

Bryn Celyn Primary, Pentwyn To close August 2008. Pupils to attend the new Pontprennau Primary or Glyncoed Primary.

Bryn Deri Primary, Radyr To get investment.

Bryn Hafod Primary, Llanrumney To get investment.

Cefn Onn Primary, Llanishen To be closed. Premises to be used by Ysgol Y Wern.

Christ The King Catholic Primary, Llanishen To get funding for repair backlog.

Coed Glas Primary, Llanishen To increase in size with 30 more pupils starting the school every year. Investment planned.

Coryton Primary, Hollybush Estate to get investment.

Creigiau Primary, Tregarth Court The school will be spilt between to one class each year of English medium and one class for Welsh-medium. There will be investment.

Eglwys Newydd Primary, Whitchurch To get a new nursery and further investment.

Eglwys Wen Primary, Whitchurch A phased closure. Pupils to move to Eglwys Newydd.

Fairwater Primary, Wellwright Road Intake to be reduced from 60 pupils each year to 45.

Gabalfa Primary, Colwill Road Pupil intake to be reduced from 60 to 30 pupils each year.

Gladstone Primary, Cathays Pupil intake to be reduced to one class entry from 60 to 30.

Glan-Yr-Afon Primary, Llanrumney To reduce to one form entry and to share site with St Cadoc's Catholic school on one of the two sites.

Grangetown Primary, Bromsgrove Street To get investment in buildings. Grangetown Nursery will become part of the primary school.

Greenway Primary, Rumney A phased closure. Pupils to attend Rumney and Trowbridge Primaries.

Gwaelod Y Garth Primary, Main Road A phased closure of English-medium stream. To be established as a Welsh-medium primary. English-medium pupils from Gwaelod Y Garth will attend Tongwynlais.

Herbert Thompson Primary, Ely To get investment.

Holy Family Catholic Primary, Pentrebane Funding to be allocated for repair backlog.

Kitchener Primary, Riverside To get investment.

Lakeside Primary, Ontario Way To get investment in buildings.

Lansdowne Primary, Norfolk Street To get investment in buildings.

Llandaff CIW Primary, Hendre Close To get commitment to tackle repair backlog.

Llanedeyrn Primary, Wellwood To get investment.

Llanishen Fach Primary, Rhiwbina To reduce number of pupils starting the school each year from 60 to 30.

Llysfaen Primary, Lisvane To reduce number of pupils starting the school from 49 to 30.

Meadowlane Primary, St Mellons To get investment.

Millbank Primary, Caerau To be closed. Premises to be used for new Welsh-medium primary. Pupils to attend Trelai Primary.

Moorland Primary, Splott A reduction in number of pupils admitted each year from 69 to 60. Moorland Nursery would be incorporated into Moorland Primary.

Mount Stuart Primary, Butetown To get investment in buildings.

Ninian Park Primary, Grangetown An increase in pupils starting school each year from 52 to 75 and investment in buildings.

Oakfield Primary, St Mellons To reduce to one class entry of 30 pupils and open a new integrated children's centre.

Pentrebane Primary, Beechley Drive To reduce to one class entry and invest in buildings.

Pentyrch Primary, Bronllwyn To invest in buildings and slightly reduce pupil admissions.

Pen-Y-Bryn Primary, Llanrumney A phased closure. Pupils to attend Bryn Hafod and Glan Yr Afon Primaries.

Peter Lea Primary, Fairwater A phased closure. Pupils to attend the new Danescourt Primary.

Radnor Primary, Canton A phased closure. School to be used for Ysgol Gymraeg Treganna. Pupils to attend Lansdowne Primary.

Radyr Primary, Park Road To reduce to one class entry and investment.

Rhiwbeina Primary, Lon Uchaf To reduce to two class entry (60 pupils) each year and investment.

Rhydypenau Primary, Llanishen To get investment.

Roath Park Primary, Penywain Road To reduce to one class entry and investment.

Springwood Primary, Llanedeyrn To be closed. Pupils to attend Llanedeyrn Primary.

St Alban's Catholic Primary, Tremorfa To get funding for repairs backlog.

St Bernadette's Catholic Primary, Pentwyn To get funding for repairs backlog.

Fitzalan High, Leckwith To increase admissions and have an investment plan.

Glyn Derw High, Caerau A working partnership to be agreed with Michaelston Community College. Likely to involve 11 to 14 year olds on one site and 14 to 19 on the other.

Llanedeyrn High, Roundwood To have a phased closure. Catchment area to be divided between Cardiff High and Llanishen High.

Llanishen High, Heol Hir To increase admissions and have an investment plan.

Llanrumney High, Ball Road To be closed and be replaced with new community high school on the same site.

Michaelston Community College, Ely A working partnership to be agreed with Glyn Derw High. Likely to involve 11 to 14 year olds on one site and 14 to 19 on the other.

Mary Immaculate High, Caerau To be closed. New provision to be placed on Whitchurch lower school site.

Radyr Comprehensive, Radyr To increase admissions and have an investment plan.

Rumney High, Rumney To be closed and be replaced by the new school on Llanrumney High School site. Buildings to be used for new Welsh medium high before being permanently housed at St Illtyd's School site.

St Illtyd's Catholic High, Rumney To have a phased closure. Premises to be used as permanent location for new Welsh medium high school.

St Teilo's CIW High, Llanedeyrn To get funding for repair backlog

The Bishop Of Llandaff CIW High, Llandaff To get funding for repair backlog.

Whitchurch High, Whitchurch Reduced admissions on upper school site and lower school site to house new Catholic high.

Willows High, Tremorfa To get investment in buildings beginning September 2008.

Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Glantaf, Llandaff North To have building improvements and increased admissions.
