WESTINGHOUSE SECURITY SYSTEMS SOLIDIFIES POSITION AS ONE OF NATION'S
    FASTEST GROWING SECURITY MONITORING COMPANIES
BALTIMORE, Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Westinghouse Security Systems has surpassed 150,000 active alarm systems accounts after only 30 months of service. This solidifies Westinghouse's position as one of the largest residential monitoring companies in the United States.
The integrated, wireless Westinghouse Smart Protection Security System links the home and monitoring center to provide intrusion and fire protection, and assistance in medical emergencies. The system is manufactured to Westinghouse specifications and incorporates high- technology electronics and system design. The Westinghouse National Monitoring Center, located in Las Colinas, Texas, monitors customers' sites in more than 46 cities across the nation 24-hours-a-day, 365 days-a-year.
The 150,000th account was sold to Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Joiner of Fort Worth, Texas, who were awarded one year of free monitoring service. The customers were serviced by sales representative Paul Tozier and installer Eric Skaer of the Dallas-Fort Worth branch office.
"This achievement establishes Westinghouse Security Systems as one of the fastest growing security companies in the industry," said Ric Campbell, manager of Westinghouse Security Systems. "Surpassing 150,000 monitoring accounts in only two and one-half years attests to our reputation for quality products and attention to customer satisfaction."
