WESTINGHOUSE CONTROLMATIC SOLD

 PITTSBURGH, April 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Westinghouse Electric S. A., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Westinghouse Electric Corporation (NYSE: WX), and Saunier Duval Electricite with SGE Deutsche Holding, both subsidiaries of Compagnie Generale des Eaux, today announced the sale of Westinghouse Controlmatic, subject to certain government approvals. Terms were not disclosed.
 Controlmatic has been a supplier of environmental systems, automation and process control to industry in Germany and has obtained a respected position with its customers. Westinghouse recently indicated an interest in selling Controlmatic in an ongoing effort to concentrate on its core businesses.
