               DISCOUNTED PHONE SERVICES TO ITS MEMBERS
    PITTSBURGH, Nov. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The nearly 4,000 members of the Western Pennsylvania Better Business Bureau (BBB) now have the opportunity to save on their telecommunications expenses as part of a recent association agreement signed by the BBB and LiTel Telecommunications Corporation.  By signing up for LiTel's long distance service under this agreement, BBB members will receive LiTel's quality long distance service at discounted rates.
    LiTel offers a variety of telecommunications services using advanced state-of-the-art technology coupled with superior customer service. LiTel's all digital fiber optic network provides LiTel customers with reliable, cost effective long distance service.  LiTel representatives will soon be contacting BBB members to provide more information regarding this unique program.
